The room was a decent size and top-class with a sofa which helped, and I slept very well. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was comprehensive with freshly made omelettes, healthy options plus cheese. All the staff was patient and helpful, settled my issues. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, near The Nordic Embassies.

It is top quality place to stay, the food is fab, and location is perfect on the zoo.

I did not want to leave there, so would definitely recommend this hotel. The venue was great, it had enthusiastic staff who provided an exceptional service. I enjoyed the chic-style building, stunning room.

Suitable accommodation for a long weekend. Fully equipped and spotlessly clean place, superb view over the park towards Brandenburg Gate. A storage, an iron, and a walk in wardrobe in the room, decent location.

Brilliant very central location near the zoo/tiergarten, and " Eastern " Germany. Twin room was magnificent and terrific had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.

Reasonably large decent value hotel with a marvellous location near to a main shopping area, incredible bars and restaurants and InterContinental in various different locations. Absolutely fantastic and excellent breakfast and different food. Spacious room, quiet bed and nice bathroom.

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed with the calm and relaxing ambiance of the hotel. The front desk staff greeted me in fluent English and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were cozy, spacious, and impeccably clean. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was near popular attractions like the Berlin Zoo and Aquarium.

Had a really nice stay overall, the room I stayed in was good standard and newly decorated with double bed, the closet in the bathroom plus an incredible variety. I thoroughly enjoyed the bar. The lovely location was a couple of blocks away from Aquarium Berlin.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

I think the hotel was stunningly beautiful and pleasant, would stay here again. Loved every detail about my wonderful 3 nights stay here. My premium king room was fancy and silent. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a fairly clean bathroom soft bathrobes, a shower cap and fresh towels. The pool was good and I had hot drinks in the outdoor bar. The location was marvellous, not too far from a known zoo.

intercontinental berlin exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, comfortable beds, and sensational breakfast. we felt super welcome and will definitely be back!
