Celebrating our Ruby Anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a lovely card. Our deluxe king room was spacious, boasting a good city view, extremely comfortable bedding, and great amenities. Breakfast exceeded expectations, featuring fresh salads, a vast array of foods, and friendly service. Although the room was quite clean, some common areas could have used a little more attention.

Had a fantastic time here, especially loving the delicious breakfast spread and the cozy classic king room that made me feel right at home. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The only drawback was the spa being a bit cramped during busy times, but overall a great stay! 😊

Not exactly the cheapest place, but it's manageable.

Awesome stay with great amenities!
We loved our premium king room! It was super spacious and had a huge bathroom. Breakfast was epic with so many options, including a gluten-free station! The pool was nice for swimming lengths, though the spa could have had more steam rooms open. Staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time!

The breakfast spread was to die for with fresh pastries and organic juices that made each morning delightful. Plus, the location was ace, just a quick stroll to the zoo and aquarium! What a cherry on top of my Berlin adventure.
Gotta spill some tea about the wallet drain with parking fees at 36€ a night. Also, the breakfast vibe was a bit cramped with the conference crowd going on, making it feel less like a leisure spot. Just a minor buzzkill but still shiny overall!

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and having both a bath and a separate shower was a nice touch. I loved how welcoming the staff was, making everything feel easy and relaxed. Just a couple of things to note, the shower controls were oddly placed, and the bath was a bit slippery. But overall, it was a pleasant experience.
